Decor. Each booth comes with an 8ft skirted red draped table.
Lights at the venue are turned off (so as to not interfere with our lighting display areas).
Please bring your own lighting illuminate your display (electrical is included).
We encourage you to decorate your booth in a Christmas theme.
Vendor food discounts. As a vendor, you will receive a discount on food or beverages from our food trucks.
You must have your vendor lanyard to be identified as a vendor and receive the discount.
The discount offered varies from each food vendor.
Inappropriate items including anything not suitable for children will not be permitted on display or for sale at your booth.

Each Vendor will receive 4 vendor lanyards/exhibitor badges.
This lanyard must be worn to enter the show each day and we encourage you to keep it on.
Guest Passes. Each vendor will receive two (2) free giveaway passes to the Glow show to use as a giveaway on your social media platforms. Posts on social media are intended to promote yourself, your presence at Glow, and the availability of your products at the festival.

You will also receive two (2) free general passes. If you require more tickets, we can give you a promotional code to purchase additional tickets with a 10% discount.
