The Foothills Music Society Jazz Band

The Foothills Music Society Jazz Band is a group of talented adults that meets once a week in Okotoks to play great music, improvise and share a laugh or two. There are 29 members this year comprised of businessmen, teachers, retired folk, and even a few college students in the ensemble. We play a wide variety of tunes from the Big Band era to the funk era; tons of rock, swing, latin pieces and the occasional ballad. We look forward to performing for you and hope you enjoy the music!
